BELIEVE IN YOURSELF: HELP YOURSELF LEARN AND LEAD

Abstract: Do you get anxious when you try to learn or take on new tasks? Do you ever space out or have trouble focusing? This workshop will help you develop strategies that work for you to believe in yourself, help yourself learn, and take on difficult challenges with more ease.
