Connections journal

The Adult Literacy Resource Institute in Boston for many years in the 1980's and 1990's published a journal for and by teachers in the Boston area, called Connections. For some volumes of the journal teachers engaged in action research (teacher research) projects for a topic, such as the Multilevel Classes http://tech.worlded.org/docs/connections/tableofcontents.htm, or Taking Risks http://tech.worlded.org/docs/connections/, and they wrote articles that were published in the journal. Teachers received modest stipends for participating in the professional development work that led to the journal articles.
