ELR refers to Electronic Learning Resources. These could be educational Web sites or collections of links designed for learners. The term also refers to collections of resources available online for educators. For example, United Streaming [1] offers 40,000 video clips online, on demand, for a subscription fee. There are other collections of photographs, historical documents, and lesson plans, which could be referred to as electronic learning resources.
