INSIDE/OUT: TRANSFORMING OUR LIVES THROUGH WRITING

Abstract: Inside/Out: Transforming our lives through writing is a introduction to spoken word and writing. Women are encouraged to write and speak their own life stories for self-empowerment and self-realization. Participants are encouraged to "Tell it life it is" or Write their way back to life.
