Q. How much consideration is given to the instructors who must provide instructions for all levels of learners? How much consideration is given to the instructor who is only paid for 2.5 hours two days a week (5 hrs) yet must do all the assessment, interpretations, provide multi-level instruction and prepare all reports/records? We do not have a lot of the luxuries being presented in this and other courses

A. I am not sure if this is a question or just a statement of frustration. I would agree, in any case, that a teacher working under these conditions should not have the additional burden of participating in research.
