National Institute for Literacy (NIFL: http://www.nifl.gov/) AleAssessment
An independent federal organization created by the National Literacy Act of 1991 to serve as a focal point for public and private activities that support the development of high-quality regional, state, and national literacy services. One of NIFL's primary activities is promoting adult literacy system reform through Equipped for the Future (EFF).
