I have a meeting scheduled with staff in Congressman Joe Wilson's office, and I have contacted Lindsay Graham's office. We have also had a state-level strategy meeting of CBO directors. Our Single Point of Contact has sent out the word, and many have forwarded it around. We are awaiting instructions for further action. On Thursday my adult ed class will write letters.

Just want to report I have a face to face meeting with Congressman Joe Wilson (R-SC) a member of the House Education Committee, scheduled here at home during the March 21-April 1 work period. I have already sent him a three page briefing outlining objections to the budget proposal. It will be interesting to see if he has read it. Wish me luck as this is the first time I've done this. BTW, I would not have known he was scheduled to be in town during this time frame had it not been for this List. And it has been this list that taught me how to do this. If I can, anyone can! For the Cause!
