One of the main goals of the National Adult Education Practitioner Researcher Symposium was to provide an opportunity for those involved in adult literacy/ESL education to think about the program and policy implications of the research presented. This wiki and the LPRPConnections discussion list are places that the field can have an extended conversation about that research.

During the opening presentation at the Symposium, one of the presenters asked those gathered in the room to generate a list of research questions that they would like to pose about adult education. Members of the LPRPConnections discussion list have begun to address those questions by commenting on what they find to be the most interesting questions, and by providing suggestions for studies that may have already addressed some of the questions.
