I am an Asian American adult who speaks English as a second language. The greatest challenge at work is my limited English proficiency that interferes with my work productivity. Because my job requires a high level of speaking and writing skills, I feel that I am in a dire need to improve my English skills. I would appreciate any ESL specialist's suggestions regarding my concern. I am also willing to be a part of research subjects, if anyone is doing or planning to do research on the topic such as "best teaching methodology for advanced ESL adult population."
