Time Requirements for Development
M1. How does the average number of contact hours of instruction required to make a level gain compare to the average number of contact hours completed by adult learners in a given time frame, such as one program year? And, how do we narrow the gap?
M2. Length of stay in ABE without reaching 8th level – how much help is that for student?
M3. Why [does] data show an inverse correlation between time in school and level gain?
